RealtyVerdict exists to help readers choose software — and it funds that work through clearly labelled sponsorships, featured placements, and, on some tools, affiliate links.

What that means in practice: some outbound links are affiliate links. If a reader clicks one and later buys, RealtyVerdict may earn a commission at no extra cost to the reader. Sponsored and featured placements are paid positions and are labelled as such wherever they appear.

What money never buys here: a verdict. Scores are produced under the published methodology — five factors, written cited rationale, transparent mean — before and independently of any commercial relationship. Sponsorship buys visibility, never a number.

How to tell what is what: affiliate links and sponsored placements carry a label at the point of the link or placement. If a label is ever missing, that is an error — reporting it to hello@realtyverdict.com is welcome and it will be fixed.

This disclosure is made in line with the FTC’s endorsement guidance and is reviewed as the site’s commercial relationships evolve.
